I am pleased to share with you, that for the second year in a row, the MLS area of the Realtor Association of Franklin & Gulf Counties continues to improve with a flurry of sales activity:
2011 total area sales = $401 million
2010 total area sales = $310 million
We believe that 29% sales growth, combined with a 14.6% increase in tourism for the 2011 Fiscal Year, as reported by Gulf County Tourist Development Council, is simply proof positive of the growing interest in our area. But there's even more good news.
